We have been told how great exercise is for our physical health but it is also equally as important for our Mental Health. Try walking, tennis, swimming or any activity to get your body moving. This will help your body release that “feel good” hormone to elevate your mood.

Learning techniques to relax will help when you start feeling stressed. Just as with the breathing techniques, practice them so you are prepared when you feel anxious.
