For people who suffer from Panic Attacks, the possibilities seem endless. Between the countless medications, the self help guides, the tens of thousands of therapists, not to mention other forms of treatments such as Hypnosis, meditation, etc.
Often, when we are faced with many possibilities we fall into a form of paralysis and end up taking no action at all. If you’re the sort of person who is willing to do some personal work, choose a self-help guide or a self-hypnosis treatment. But if you feel you need constant care, seeing a therapist might help, but be aware that this is a costly treatment.
