Panic Attack Effects

Panic Attack Disorder | On The Rise |Â Why You’re Having Panic Attacks
On The Rise Today
There are probably more than six million people in the U.S. alone who suffer from panic attack disorder on a regular ongoing basis. That is a huge number and not to be taken lightly.
Panic attacks can be very demoralizing and debilitating for people, they can cause us to put our lives on hold and shy away from doing the things we used to love doing. They can be a prison.
And not only that, they’re just plain scary. When I was having them I just wanted them to stop and I would have done anything to have them stop. I did try a lot of things, which led me to the discoveries at the bottom of this article.
Luckily for me, a friend of a friend is a doctor of natural medicine and she really saved my life, IÂ tell her that to this very day.Â
Why We Have Panic Attacks
“Panic attack is trapped within a nervous system and brain which have become weakened and are in a slight malfunctioning loop which turns ‘on’ and ‘off’. It’s important to realize that the problem is the nerves and not the triggers.”
What do we mean by trigger? Well, panic attacks are triggered by different things in different people – one person’s trigger might be driving a car and another’s might be social events. Easy to understand, right?
All of us, however, are having panic attacks because our nervous systems aren’t working the way they should, so in treating ourselves we need to address the nerves.Â
Thankfully, there are plenty of things we can do which will have an immediate effect and begin working within days.
Panic Attack Disorder |Â Natural Plan For Treating The Nerves &Â Panic Attacks
Dietary Changes
- Focus on protein and less on starches. We need protein to build calming neurotransmitters and too many starches mess with our blood sugar levels. Eating 0.5 – 1.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight is the right amount.
- Green vegetables and fruits are invaluable, we should all be eating 8 – 10 servings of these every day and the secret is in the alkaline mineral content – magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium. These minerals run every process in our bodies.
Supplementation
- 5 HTP, vitamin C, B vitamins, and magnesium create serotonin. People who have panic attacks need this. It’s affordable and much better than taking medication.
- Valerian, chamomile, and skullcap are all nervine herbs, these are herbs which directly heal and cool off excited nerves. Experiment with these, they have immediate effects.
Lifestyle
- Getting enough sleep and getting into a sleep rhythm repair nerves so go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time each day. Dont’ drink coffee and limit alcohol at night. Take valerian at bed time.
- Be social. Anxiety loves people who are solitary. Also, talk to trusted friend about your condition, this will have real physical effects, try it, you’ll be surprised at what this accomplishes.
