Panic Attack Ibs

I was chatting online with my friend a while ago – she had just finished with her boyfriend and was really stressed over it. An unpleasant illness had reared its ugly head again and she was starting to get irritable bowel syndrome symptoms. I understood how she felt with regards to the IBS as I also suffer with it so I was able to be sympathetic. Suddenly she felt very unwell and quickly ended the “conversation”. I found out later that she had just had a Panic Attack.
A panic attack can include a combination of signs and symptoms:
* Shortness of breath / hyperventilation
* Heart palpitations / racing heart
* Chest pain
* Trembling / shaking
* Choking feeling
* Feeling weird / out of it
* Sweating
* Nausea or dodgy stomach
* Dizziness
* Numbness or tingling
* Hot or cold flashes
* Intense fear
Going back to my friend, she had experienced feelings of chest pain, heart palpitations, sweating, shaking and nausea. The first time she thought she was having a heart attack. Anyway she saw the doctor and was given some medication to calm her down. Then a friend took her away on holiday for a week and she came back feeling fine!
So the cure for Panic Attacks? Go on a holiday! Seriously though, getting away from your usual routine can help because it allows you to relax and relaxation is key to Stopping Panic Attacks and Anxiety. Most important is to believe that you are in control not the “panic”. If you invite the panic attack to come you take charge and this puts you in control. It is much easier to do this if you know how to relax.
If you suffer with panic attacks or anxiety there is help available and it needn’t include medication. There are 100% natural techniques that do work and have long lasting results – just give it a try.
