Stress and Anxiety: two words that describe two emotions that at some point or another all of us will have experienced, for some of us it may even be a weekly or daily occurrence. These emotions, however much we don’t appreciate them, are in fact a perfectly healthy way of handling events that take place in our lives that we can’t control.
