Although perspiration or sweating is natural and aids in keeping the body temperature, it is unnatural when excessive sweating becomes apparent and indicates anxiety attack. Trembling of the hands, arms, legs or your whole body is likewise a symptom of anxiety. Abdominal pain is likewise associated with Panic Attack though, like other possible indications, it can be brought by some other conditions and not by anxiety.
